NN POWER CUBE – INTEGRATED UNINTERRUMPABLE POWER SUPPLY CENTRE

The NN POWER CUBE is a modular unit which couples technical features and futuristic smart solutions, and it is able to supply individually (when installed in a container) or when partly/fully integrated into a building to supply the given system, building, part of the building fully, to secure its continuous, uninterruptable power supply. In order to secure homogeneous operation, the system is able to couple the power from the network, the electricity produced by the solar panels, and the electricity from an aggregate.

NON-STOP ELECTRICITY SUPPLY WITHOUT HUMAN SURVEILLANCE

The centre includes a full scale remote surveillance and monitoring system, which reduces the need for human intervention to a minimum. The unit communicates with the user through GSM signals and remote internet access. The system is a fully redundant system, meaning that, in case of failure of any units, the power supply remains continuous due to the regulated operation of the electricity generators and the integrated batteries.

REMOTE SMART CONTROL

The central unit maintains the synchronisation of the voltages, and a unit equipped with a microprocessor controls the ways of the current. Moreover this unit also controls the heat management of the container, and the aligned operation of the other systems, too. Due to the intelligent remote control we are informed about all events reaching our centre immediately, and therefore we have the opportunity to intervene whenever possible errors or breakdowns occur. Furthermore, the system immediately informs the competent organization, our technical divisions, or the technical divisions of the client, when intervention is required (e.g. the aggregate runs out of fuel, the maintenance of the aggregate is necessary after a given number of hours of operation, etc.).

USE OF ELECTRICITY IN AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WAY

The system uses green energy for the operation in the first place, and power from the grid shall be used only when the power generated by the solar panels is not sufficient to secure uninterruptable operation. By using green energy the system reduces the carbon dioxide emissions significantly.

EASY AND FAST INSTALLATION

The system is a modular one, it can be fully tailor-made, therefore it ensures compatibility even with an existing system, or it can be used separately. Moreover it can be expanded in a flexible way, both on the level of the storage capacity or on the configuration level.

SYSTEM ALTERNATIVES

As a default the system is shipped in a 10 foot container, fully assembled, even the solar panels are integrated, therefore it is easy to move and to install. In case of bigger systems we use 20 foot or 2x20 foot containers for the installation, while the solar panels are mounted on the ground or on the roof of the building.

The additional contents of the container:

The independent system can be used after a catastrophe to provide a supply for the centres involved in the co-ordination of the rescue; for individual water cleaning units; for radio towers where grid power has not been connected or is not available. In the case of connecting to the grid it can be used as an uninterruptable system.

In addition to the above mentioned case we suggest using the bigger systems at the following locations: in the case of critical installations, hospitals, dispatcher centres, centres of order protection organizations, server rooms, data centres, bank systems, for such industrial equipment where the power failure or power surges of the service provider creates a problem in the production, for example CNC machines, laboratory technology equipment, etc.

The systems are available by using AGM, GEL and LiFePO4 batteries.
We provide all the systems with 36 months of full scale guarantee.
The guarantee is valid if the obligatory maintenance is performed on a regular basis.
